 Inspired by the ancient teachings of Kriya Yoga and informed by modern trauma science, this class offers a safe, mindful space for nervous system healing, emotional release, and full mind–body detoxification.


Through rhythmic breathing, gentle somatic sequences, and light dynamic movements — such as aerobic jogging in place or rhythmic hopping — the practice encourages energy flow, circulation, and the natural unwinding of tension stored in the body.

 

With only a mat and a zafu or bolster, you’ll explore the pathways of breath and presence, learning to regulate the body’s rhythms, release stagnant emotions, and awaken your vital life force — prana.


Each session is a slow return to wholeness — calming the mind, clearing the heart, and restoring the body’s innate wisdom.
