Session and Class Cancellation Policy

Sessions/Classes must be canceled with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full fee. At French Riviera Wellness, we prioritize efficiency and adhere to scheduled appointment times.

We kindly request that you understand our limited space and the fact that your session/class is exclusively reserved for you. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment or group class, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance via the studio contact by SMS at +1 (903) 215-6103 OR by contacting your assigned teacher.

Failure to attend your appointment will result in full charges for the missed session/class. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so if you are running late, please get in touch with +1 (903) 215-6103 Or with your assigned teacher.

Please plan accordingly and aim to arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment as a sign of respect and consideration for your instructor and fellow clients/students. Shoes off, studio socks on, phone on silent.

The studio is a space of healing and transformation. While the teacher is finishing up, it is encouraged to start stretching, in studio by fascia rolling, PT exercises, breath work, etc., to prepare the spirit to connect to the body.
