Garuda SŪD blends spiral motion, mindfulness, and fascia awakening to lengthen the muscles, refine posture, and expand movement potential. Whether practiced on the mat, reformer, or Garuda apparatus, sequences flow continuously — cultivating coordination, endurance, and expressive freedom.
Props such as balls, resistance bands, blocks, foam rollers, and the barre may be integrated to deepen awareness, activate stability, and encourage dynamic release.
