Cancellation Policy

Sessions/Classes must be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full fee. At French Riviera Wellness, we prioritize efficiency and adhere to scheduled appointment times. We kindly request that you understand our limited space and the fact that your session/class is exclusively reserved for you. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment or group class, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance via your Vagaro App/Website or contact the studio by SMS (903) 215-6103. Failure to show up for your appointment or arriving late will result in being charged in full for the missed session/class. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so if you are running late, please contact the studio. Please plan accordingly and aim to arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment as a sign of respect and consideration for your instructor and fellow clients/students. Shoes off, studio socks on, phone on silent. The studio is a space of healing and transformation, While the teacher is finishing up, it is encouraged to start stretching, fascia rolling, PT exercises, breath work etc..to prepare the spirit to connect to the body.
