Pilates Client Agreement & Information
Thank you for considering Pilates with The Studio!
To promote a trusting and productive relationship, the following is provided for your understanding and consent.
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method designed to strengthen muscles, improve postural alignment, and enhance flexibility. While Pilates focuses on core strength, it also benefits the entire body. The practice can be performed with or without equipment. At The Studio, we incorporate additional wellness modalities such as Barre and Breathwork to enhance your experience.
What is Barre?
Meditation involves various techniques to bring attention to the breath and present moment. While meditation does not aim to achieve a specific outcome, it has been shown to reduce negative emotions and support stress management.
