SŪD MindBody Movement Classes

A holistic foundation where movement becomes meditation.

Whether on the mat or on the reformer, SŪD MindBody Movement unites Pilates precision, mindful yoga, and somatic conditioning to restore strength, alignment, and awareness.

 

Each class weaves breath, flow, and intelligent motion using props such as balls, bands, blocks, weights, or the barre.

 

Depending on the focus, the practice may stay within one discipline — Pilates, Yoga, or GYROKINESIS® — or gently blend several modalities into a seamless, holistic experience.

Offered in Beginner and Level II/III Flow formats, these classes welcome students of all levels who seek mindful conditioning, restoration, and renewal.
