Rooted in classical ballet technique and infused with Pilates precision, this class sculpts, lengthens, and refines the body through elegant sequences of control and rhythm.
Each movement honors the artistry of the dancer — posture, poise, and musicality — blending classical form with contemporary conditioning.
You may use the studio ballet barre, light hand weights, resistance bands, small balls, and occasionally the mat for floorwork and core integration.
Expect a dynamic balance of power and elegance as you strengthen the deep stabilizers, tone the legs, lift the seat, and awaken total-body alignment.
